- ONLY one (1) Manager and four (4) coaches along with their team players are allowed in the dugout. No family (parents, brothers or sisters, etc.) or friends of the coaches or players are allowed in dugouts.
- No swinging the bat in the dugout at any time. No bats should be played with or even held in the dugout.
- No throwing any equipment in the dugout or on the playing field.
- Players should be sitting on the bench during the game.
- No metal cleats are allowed at any practices, in house games or travel games. No child will be permitted to play with metal cleats.
- All players must be in full uniform in order to play. Full uniform consist of the league hat, socks, pants and shirt. No substitutes are allowed. If an item is lost see a board member for sale of new item.
- Must be 18 years old to manage/ coach.
- Home team is responsible for obtaining game balls from field house.
- Manager or coach is responsible for having their team clean out the dugout of all debris after each game
- If a player is ejected from the game, he or she must sit out the next game. Depending on the severity of the action, it may be more than one game. The player must serve suspension in uniform on the bench.
- If a coach or parent is ejected from the game for misconduct, he or she must sit uout the next game as well. Depending on the severity of the action it may be more than one game. If a coach or parent is ejected from he or she must leave the grass playing field area and position themselves on the pavement. A $25.00 fine is due prior to returning to the field. This applies to T-Ball on up.
- The home team for Boys and Girls leagues are responsible for setting up the pitching machine and returning the pitching machine to the hallway of the biulding after the game.
- Regarding batting practice, the manager or coach is responsible for set up and take down of the pitching machine equipment in the batting cage. If the next scheduled team does not show up at the end of your session the team presently using the equipment is responsible for returning it to the building.
- Home team is responsible for setting up baqsses and returning bases as well as dig out tools.
- Only a manager is entitled to converse with the umpire. On disputed calls only managers have the right to question an umpire. Ball or strike calls are the umpire's discretion and cannot be questioned. Remeber umpires are strickly volunteers and are doing their best.
- Managers are responsible fr controlling thee conduct of their players, parents, and fans.
